The SERKEM control center offers a complete overview of all important areas in your SAP EWM system and can be added as a template to your SAP EWM system. The control center covers the following basic functions:

First, a selection screen appears that has several tabs. A distinction can be made between deliveries and several open warehouse tasks and acknowledged warehouse tasks. The following selection criteria can be selected on the respective tab.

All selected deliveries are clearly displayed in this area. In addition to the general information (type and scope of deliveries), two status information is displayed in the form of traffic lights.

This area provides a list of the items or warehouse tasks of the deliveries marked in the upper area. A status light also exists here. In the case of items, this stands for rough location determination, only this time for each item individually.

The traffic light indicates the status of the warehouse task:

Open warehouse tasks are displayed in this area. The way in which the selection surfaces are used determines. In the standard variant, all open pick storage tasks are grouped by storage type in the first area. The second area shows all open warehouse tasks of material flow control (MFS). These are displayed primarily grouped by from storage type and secondarily by post storage type.

The acknowledged warehouse tasks are displayed in this area. The way is also determined via the selection surface. In the standard version, for example, all confirmed pick warehouse tasks that have an exception code are listed grouped by exception code.

The SERKEM SAP EWM warehouse control center also offers the option of displaying further information in a freely definable area. For example, the specific occupancy of the shipping zones or consolidation zones, planning / capacity utilization or gates / TU’s can be displayed during loading.
