E-mail directly dispatched from SAP with PDF attachment

With the SERKEM solution it is possible to send personalized e-mails to customers directly from SAP. The customer master data is used to generate a personal address. The layout is individual and customizable according to customer contacts. Additionally all e-mails are equipped with the so-called “responsive design”.  This means that the layout automatically adapts to the screen size of the devices used. This means that e-mails also have an excellent appearance on smartphones or tablets.

The sender of the e-mails can also be individually customized for each e-mail template. This can be controlled using a SAP table, among other things.

Another highlight of the solution is the automatic attachment of PDF files to the generated e-mail. This service is used, for example, as soon as the product ordered by the customer has left the logistics warehouse. In this case, a list of the ordered items or the invoice will be sent to the customer as a PDF in the attachment to the e-mail, who can then look forward to the upcoming delivery.

In addition to a personal salutation, a shipment tracking link from the relevant CEP service provider can also be integrated into the e-mail.
